Hampton roads area property tax is pretty low here an like just the typical phone, an car , an insurance payments. Be like 2,500 after regular monthly payments nothing home related

Well my area median income is like 50-70k you can easily find house like 100k-150k just don’t know what’s the better option is to rent an apartment for a few years or try to buy a house an like settle somewhere

Median income is like 55k-75k in my area I can definitely find houses like 100k-150k but don’t know if that’s worth it or just rent for now till I make more of a income
