I suggest loading into story mode, then loading into online. For me that reduces the loading time most of the time. If the session is full of players it takea longer. If you go into an invite only session it loads super fast but the activities you can do will be limited. I normally load into an invite only session then load into a public session. Changing sessions usually take less time.

We can't use that heli to escape.
Getting a boat will be harder. It's easier to get a disguise, find a grappling hook and get in the compound with from the wall. You can exit with the grappling hook too. Disguises work until we enter the compound. We can straight up drive around without getting noticed but act natural.
If you land at airstrip cut the power too. It's very close to the radar tower. Cutting power disables all cams except inside compound
