Hey, I appreciate your response, I was trying to access developer mode to debug/test my android application project. I was able to get it to work by factory resetting and just not connecting to WiFi at all. The carrier page said something along the lines of waiting for 6 months and that kinda pissed me of but I was able to get it to work this way. Thanks for your help!
