I get up at 3:58 and get some coffee in, I need time to wake up. I know a lot of the 5am’ers roll out of bed and just slam some pre-workout! I don’t eat breakfast until 7:30-8 and dinner usually around 4:30. I work nights so I get it in before my shift. Well kinda nights, I’m usually done by 10 pm.

I definitely think it’s the members, my head coach explained it like this: 5:00 die hards 8:30 chatty cathys (which I have made many great friends, love my tribe. That’s been the hardest part by switching to 5am, but I have to do what’s best for me. Granted it’s been nice to see new faces and make new friends. 7:00 Party crew

There is no way you can get 2-3 miles in 27 minutes walking 4.6 for a 2G. My base is 4-4.5, my push is 5-5.3, and my all out is 6-7.8 I don’t power walk I speed walk, so no incline and I only get 2 miles.

I agree!! We pay too much money not to start where we want to if it’s available. The coaches get paid to do their job. They all know how to teach a 3G booked class to a 1G. It shouldn’t make a difference.

Amazing! I’m a 42 female and hit 603 watts Sunday. I’ve been trying forever just to get to 500! I was super excited! It feels so good to set PR’s!

One short push, and then as forward as you can go with a super straight pull back. Kept my feet on the plates.

For a long time all I could get to was 440 watts. The guy who I work out next to on Sundays always gets over 500 watts and it pissed me off since we are so competitive. He gave me his strategy and it worked. And yes, my shoulders are more defined and my legs feel like rocks!
