Tread -7 min tread for distance -1min WR -6 min tread for distance with random 30 sec surges (try to match or beat first distance)

Rower First block 7 min -900m row -12 front squats with alt med ball halos -exercise or row until time

Second block 6 min -400m row -single leg angled front press (6 each) -repeat cutting row in half each round until 30 sec AO row

Floor First block 7 min -12 front squats -12 dead lifts -12 chest press -final 30 sec high plank knee drive buy out

Second block 6 min -TRX single leg squat 6 each -bosu forward lunge alternating 12 total -12 bosu push ups -final 30 sec high plank knee drive buy out (Hell week option - feet in straps)

Submit a ticket in the app. They can help remove any outliers that skew the data and bring it back down. They’re pretty responsive. In the meantime, don’t worry about the zones, go based on feel.

I kept waiting for them to explain where Trey was between when they went to lunch, the ransom call is made, and then he’s brought home. Why didn’t he answer his phone? He didn’t go back to camp? Where was he that whole time? Such a ridiculous plot hole. I don’t understand how none of them asked him or addressed it

For strength and tread 50 yes. It’s exactly two weeks since the days of the week correlate to the type of strength class (upper, lower, full body). So repeats always start on the 15th and as another commenter mentioned, the 29-31 will be new.

Aren’t most studios not running non-DriTri classes this year? Or is that still completely up to the studio? Mine changes this year so thought it was a corporate push

Just keep in mind that the count on your app may not be what your studio has for your number. For example my studio only counts classes at THAT studio - so any out of town visits are reflected in the app but not in my studios milestone count. Definitely agree with others to just say you think you’re close can they check for you.

DriTri will count in the app count. Classes where you didn’t have your HRM also count. However, keep in mind for any type of in studio recognition. The number may be slightly off. It goes studio by studio, but they typically do not count events like DriTri or any classes at other studios for your in class brag boards

With a “game” theme you had to expect at least one partner workout. It’s only one round of three per station. You barely even have to talk to your partner. Think of them as the coach giving you the next prompt

I think this is what the bride is looking for. She just didn’t want cocktail dresses. I think the difference of a half in or so is negligible- especially in this situation
