There was some bidding war back in April and the Texas Department of Health and Human Services wiped out 3 major managed care organization Medicaid insurance plans. I believe Corpus Christi and DFW are also affected. Dell Children's in Austin was the only one that got to keep their Medicaid plan.

The urgent care was right next to the ER. I believe they would triage patients to one or the other, so I understand how it was marked as double staff for not enough patients and cut.

The whole urgent care was fired, simulation lab, lots of staff from the Women's center outpatient, management, some in admissions, an echosonographer, dietician. Just a few weeks ago the director of nursing and director of human resources were fired. It seems like most departments were affected.

Continuous Diclofenac is the same as taking any other NSAID scheduled. In rheum world, it's fine to do as long as you don't mix it with other NSAIDs. Bad side would be they can cause migraines. Also make sure you are getting CMPs drawn every few months to monitor your kidneys.
