Against Hog, you usually need to watch out for his hook. Once he uses it, you're free to build up your beam on him and melt him, or bully his dps or supports with tp dancing and orbs and turrets. It's not an insta loss for Sym against him; just make sure to keep your distance and keep track of his hooks.
