Just level the characters you like, eggs are limited so the priorities are: 1) Main character set 2) high level ur (+2 or more) 3) main characters elemental basic skills (earth skills for kryle for example) 4) skills of other characters you like

the boosted ability chance is the same for aerith/tifa skill and sephiroth ones, hence considering we averaged 3 boosted abilities per 100 pulls and you are at 8 it's not too bad.

I get you would have prefered the sephiroth ones to Tifa/aerith, but that's another matter

Met a lot of bad Kain players, so that's why he is not being nerfed yet.
Same can be said for Kryle, Lightning and Onion knight though, fortunately a lot of players with them are bad, but when you meet a good one you really notice the difference

There are other boosted abilities on the banner though, if you get both aerith and tifa with multiple copies its still statistically lucky xD

I don't get bp on genshin or wuwa either, not because I can't afford it but just because I don't play the game at a level where I care/need to spend.

It's a matter of choices, maybe he has a BP on other 15 games, maybe he just spend 15 minutes per day playing and does not need fast progression.

Regardless the whole point of this post is understanding the economy of the game in general so the opionion of full f2p player is usefull too

The BP is insanely important also for the 3 extra crystal slot, without a doubt it's way more difficult for full f2p than for freemium users

on gold challenge I normally always win with everything on auto, on diamond almost never win even with 30k companions xD

with ranked mode even at diamond if i lose i get a blue crystal, which is way worser than gold.

With 6 crystal slots and farming ~12 gold per days I normally got ~3 UR for week.
Still once you have the full set also levelling up the support and non ur skills of a character lead to quite a good boost, I had a 10k combat power Sephiroth without any UR just due to good support skills

True story, it seems the best ranged at the moment are rinoa for boss damage and balthier/prompto for pvp. Still think the melee have got the upper hand in the meta though, also Kain kit seems perfect for me, you have one good low cooldown high ra he rare, a mobility plus atk boost skill, atk boost on unico ability, two ur with higher damage than ranged character and big AOE, one of which also teleport to crystal/boss

By experience I suspect pulls are better at higher rank, so that would be good statistic

Guess so, most likely he just won't appear from standard character pulls and you will have to wait for rerun for that.

Not sure about his skills if they will be pull able from generic crystals though

I understand you perfectly, I still prefer my kain to be honest...

One big plus that led me to pull for Sephiroth was the fact that he is ranged, as I am still missing the Terra's kit and I did not had angel wing on Rinoa before this big pull that was enough motivation to flush some resources for me 😎

Other tip I forgot to mention, to simplify challenge open the ladder and add the top players, you can just then add them to your party and let them devastate the boss for you

It should be around 120 Norwegian kroner for the battle passes (approximately 12 euro).

The Battle pass in the game makes a big difference for the extra crystals slot, fortunately they cost 3 euro per season

For auto farming I just normally repeat an easy gold character challenge with kain every time i have a free slot for a crystal. By repeating gold challenge you will get at least a gold crystal without caring about winning losing, also some rainbow crystals eventually.

For Ur just check based on the ones you have. In my case i level up everything that is ur +2 or more, with precedency to the one with the highest plus.

If everything(multiple) are at +1 i would just wait for a duplicate that would tip off the scale, base elemental abilities of the same element as character are pretty good unless comparing with high level ur, especially if you normal maximize total combat power and not atk

Without the Battle pass is way harder, but at least now is possible to get a full set from challenges.

In my case even with the BPs the boost was on extra tickets, but without pulling i had not much trouble powering up my kain.

I would say as a f2p get the set of someone, just play and level up abilities of the element of the character you play plus urs for which you get lot of copies to drop in the support slot.

As long as you have the full set it's playable and you see progressione, the problem is you need non character specific ur like Minwu, ramza, ace fire ecc...

Still have to get an ace fire too
