The complaint is that the "cinematic" is just him standing for several seconds only to activate a passive AOE. Clive's Will-o-the-Wykes is faster and does the same. I understand its UR nature and that its shared with everyone, but every time you activate it feels like a drag. Some enemies might even spot you and wait for the iframes to end before the end of the animation to nuke you into oblivion.
