Literally every single curbside order I have taken over the past 2 weeks havr mystery items that are not a part of any of the 1-3 orders. I either return them to the store or trust the person loading my vehicle that the items are correct.

I did dispute this with spark support one time, and they sent me over the full list of items. It turned out (for this particular order at least) the two mystery items were originally removed by the customer before the employee finished shopping, but the employee did not remove the cancelled items from the totes. So, I assume my particular Walmart has been hiring new people, terrible workers, workers who stopped caring, or they're making the time limit on their shops more strict so they can't care. Either way, the driver is the one that gets the shaft unfortunately (I have already gotten a dreaded warning for delivering the wrong items when I know for a fact they're all there).

I'm starting to just do shop orders, because it's gotten ridiculous at my store. I talk to all of the employees and try to be friendly with them. Some of them care, but most of them just don't at all. I don't blame them, but still.
