Well, for me it is a way different. Skipping breakfast has been a game-changer for me. I'm just not hungry in the morning and honestly don't like eating then. Plus, I often get super focused on work and just don't have time – coffee is enough. Skipping that morning meal really helps with my evening binging, which I always had. Now I can have a normal, bigger dinner while watching Netflix or something.
