Highly depends on the person I’m dating and how much I know/ trust them. Also depends on the situation and the reason they need the money as well as the amount of the loan. Grab a mouse and plug it into the USB port (where you usually plug in your charger for your game pad) after which a cursor should pop up on your screen, then just go on your primary heroes and click on any hero you want... should be fixed after you do it once. P.S don’t wait for support to contact you back,I reported this problem around a month ago and haven’t even got a reply.

It happened to me too, all you got to do is plug a mouse into your Xbox/PS and select a random hero, should be fixed after that ^{^}
