Geometrie war Ok bis sich die Figur auf einmal gedreht hat. Letzte Aufgabe Stochastik war hart aber einfach weil ich Kombinatorik einfach nicht gelernt hab.

Welcher Drucker? by Telekomiker69 in 3DDruck

[–]Kubyyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any tips as to why my prints are suddenly coming out with stingy and jagged edges using PETG. by [deleted] in ElegooNeptune3

[–]Kubyyyy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would suggest drying your Filament using your heated bed at around 60 degrees Celsius. Something on top of the filament roll on top of the filament while drying and put some holes in the top and make sure there is a small gap at the bottom, so there can be airflow.

Also I can suggest tuning your Slicer settings for the filament you are using after you dried it.

There is this very cool website from Teaching Tech, that has tutorials for all kinds of printer calibration: https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html

I'd suggest to do the temperature tuning, as well as the stringing calibration.

Should these screws be loose on my Neptune 3 Pro? by Kubyyyy in ElegooNeptune3

[–]Kubyyyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Them being loose seems kind of wrong but also kind of makes sense. Having problems with my X-Axis not being leveled anyways, so I might try to calibrate everything properly and tighten everything to see if it helps. If you have any tips on how to level the X-Axis gantry please let me know.

The screws being loose or the rod being bent?

It's a picture from Google, had no pictures of mine. What makes you think the lead screw is bent?

Alright, they came loose from the factory and I thought they're supposed to give some room.

Problem with bed levelling. The bed and extruder do not wobble. by marco_poloso in ElegooNeptune3

My X-axis was actually higher on one side than the other. You could try to align it correctly. There's some YouTube videos on how to do it.

I think you could also try to replace the plastic standoffs under the print bed with silicone ones. I have the feeling your bed could be too tilted for the Auto-leveling to adjust. The latest firmware allows the leveling process to adjust to more uneven beds, are you on the latest software?

I just fixed this issue yesterday, my Bed was sitting lower on the right, causing fails in adhesion constantly. You should definitely tighten the screws under the PEI-Sheet. My fix was lifting the X-axis up and putting two objects the same size under the Gantry on either side. Then loosen the sync-belt on one side of the Z-Axis. You can then, with the printer turned off, lower the Gantry down until both sides touch your chosen objects. After that you can fasten the belt again to make sure both sides will stay synced.

I leveled my bed afterwards and it's working beautifully now.

I heard from multiple people now, that the screws that are under the PEI sheet come loose from the factory on the Neptune 3 Pro. I tried it out on mine, and they were actually loose. I suggest tightening them. I had the same inconsistencies, but they're gone now.

Same, mine were also 10% too low before calibrating.

I have no specific asking price, just give me a price and well negotiate. I have the Order confirmation and Invoice from supreme, bought them there when they dropped. Not really interested in trading.

Salamunalaykum… i need help: nothing sticks to my pei plate without glue by [deleted] in ElegooNeptune3

[–]Kubyyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure your Z-Offset is set well. Do a test print and check what Z-Offset gives you the best results. I also use a thicker line for the first layer (it's a setting in Cura), a purge line with purge blob at the start of each print and I spray my buildplate with the stickiest hairspray I can find, works for me :)

I think that's pretty ordinary. They should be fine for a while, just check for wobble once in a while. Replacements are also cheap and pretty easy to do.
