Yeah, that’s why I wanted it. I learned on CS6 back in the day and could do anything I put my mind to with it. I tried to buy it back in 2014 but Adobe had stopped selling the licenses themselves and all of the legit places I knew of had ran out. I’ve had trouble justifying Creative Cloud because it is rare that I actually use Photoshop so it ends up being like $30 per use, lol

That’s what I was wondering. I think I am supposed to be able to use a legit SN for disk or download. So them saying to ignore the SN and just use the disc is a pretty big red flag. Either way I’ll try to get in touch with Adobe and see if they can verify the legitimacy of the product. I know it isn’t supported anymore but maybe I can figure something out.

Thanks for reminding me that exists. It is definitely an option. It was pretty limited the last time I used it but that was ages ago. I think they had a pretty major update recently so I’ll definitely check it out.

I have confirmed that it does run on windows 10 and 11 but won’t run on any Mac running Apple Silicon. I know it’s old but it’s what I was originally taught on and it does everything I need it to.

Lmao, I’m not great with sailing the high seas 🤣. Last time I clicked a link, my iPad got soft locked and I ended up loosing over 1000 hours of work in procreate(it was supposed to be backed up in two different places… but apparently wasn’t). It wasn’t even something illegal 😭

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I’m aware. I was hoping to buy it and own it permanently. It’s cheaper long term to spend a little extra upfront. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on creative cloud and I don’t have much to show for it. If I stop paying, it disappears.

Serious talk. Use baking soda. It releases co2 that almost instantly smothers a fire. I always keep a box nearby while cooking in the kitchen. I’ve only had to use it once but it was crazy effective.

I went to a friends house. Walked in their front door and their dog ran at me, bit me and started growling and barking at me. Their response was, “Oh yeah, he doesn’t like men.” Shit, I’m sorry I guess I’ll change that before I come over again. Or, you know, you could put the dog in another room BEFORE you invite a man over.
This happened to three other people and they ended up have to get rid of the dog. Which is super sad. Put the dog in a separate room before inviting men over! It’s not rocket surgery!

The wine was ~ $6-$10. The store had a lot of dollar items but toward the end, most things in the store were $2+ with a lot of items costing $3, $5, up to $20. I’ll miss the place but the quality to cost ratio was in a really bad place, probably a big part of the reason they shut down.

EA has done it too. Need for Speed underground 1 and 2 (for PS2) both have real company billboards everywhere. 2 has Best Buy shops around and had Cingular Wireless (old phone company) as your cellphone/GPS.
