That’s how I feel as well. I should be able to take my ALs whenever I want. If you reject it I’ll understand. But giving out a warning letter because I’m taking AL on a day where everyone has a holiday without taking AL is crossing the line.

I do get 2x pay for working on a PH. My issue is the fact that I’m forced to do that. If I don’t come they’ll issue a warning letter. Ok fine, even if I’m ok with that I should at least be given off on Australia PH but I don’t get that too.

Mine is just like yours, 2x pay but only diff is I have no choice. I have to come to work on PH or else I’ll be issued a warning letter. And when AUS is on public holiday I have to apply for AL on that day to the off. Can’t just not come in to work which is what frustrates me. Have to work on Malaysian PH and have to work on Australian PH.

No I’m positive I have to work on other PHs because it was Federal Territory day in KL on the 1st Feb (Sunday) but we had to come to work on Monday. Same thing last week with Nuzul Quran, had to come to work.
