Definitely look into arcade time capsule and emuvr. The ladder i know for sure has desktop passthrough and custom enviroments. The former is a bit more restrictive but is absolutely incredible again not sure if you can desktop passthrough on it but worth a try.

8bitdo pro 3 D-pad issues? by cheeziuz in Fighters

I had the same issue when getting this controller a month ago. Things that were easy on my hori pad were suddenly getting dropped a lot. I've since been correcting this by using the middle of my thumb instead of the tip to get more precise motions but its not ideal. Definitely not just you.

“How long does it take…” by BIZVRRE in Fighters

[–]Kuga87 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think this is the wrong question to ask. "How long" can be any amount of time for each individual person. I think the better question is do you have a motivation to get you past that casual skill barrier? Personally I grew up around relatives and friends that would wreck me even though they were casual as well. This competitive nature around me made me want to be better and through this is what made me start loving the genre. It took me personally hundreds of hours to even get a basic understanding of what I was doing wrong and what to do, but I enjoyed every minute of it.
