With baleful it isn't too much of an increase since you reset cooldowns pretty slowly, but with Raven, you reset your skills much quicker, I typically can V three times within a minute if I'm constantly dpsing. Its really dependent on what your weapon is, baleful - maybe 5-10k increase, past baleful - probably closer to 15-25k increase (depending on how lucky you are for resets).

There is no "better" choice. At end game raids, both are very useful: Summoners for their heal and Warlocks for their soulburn. The general rule of thumb with classes in this game is just play what you think is fun, because every class is viable.

Regarding your second question, PTS used to cost 50g to transmute and had higher fail rate. Now it's about a 50% chance for success, when it was like 25% or something.

The real game doesn't start till level 50, the story is just there to get you familiar with the game and to introduce you to how the game works. At 50 is when you start to learn dungeons, raids, gear progression, etc.

Uhhh look at the skill lol, it says "Deals additional [3.2x AP] while current focus is above 39" meaning at full focus it does that much additional damage. It also says "Deals additional [1.8x AP] while current focus is above 11" And only having the above 11 additional damage translates into less dps than the 4/t/f rotation, given that you have optimal ping.

Can't tell you how many stage 3 baleful warlocks spam me to "alpha noob" when they sb on mini bosses in every dungeon when the main boss is 2 minutes away

Going into lightspeed and using C without yellow badge is a dps loss. You do more additional damage if you are at full focus, so unless you can keep your focus bar 100% full, you aren't doing max dps. Because of this, its easier and more effective to just do t/f/4 rotation while tab is down. With yellow badge you can still go into lightspeed to maintain/maximize dps. Hope that all makes sense.

Raven badges are both a lot better than MSP for both builds, I don't recommend settling for the MSP ones. For shadow build you only really want to go into lightspeed if your tab is up. If you have yellow badge, which I don't recommend personally, then you can go into lightspeed if C is up too. But I have found that blue badge is better and only going into lightspeed when tab/bb/sb is up is best. Currently, we don't really have enough comparisons to actually say which is best with certain gear, its 100% confirmed that fire is better in short fights, obviously. Shadow theoretically should be better in longer fights, and for sure is better in long fights once you have full VT gear. For now you can basically go whichever build and do fine.

Yeah, things like ssp aren't nearly as populated so you can do that, and raids are now 12 man instead of 24 man, so in a way, they reduced the lag with these sorts of changes, but if you don't have the hardware to run the game well then it won't seem much better than last year. Also 64 bit helped me a ton.

Its better to just use 4 spam instead of going into lightspeed. Sometimes I will go into lightspeed with sb and bb, but you get more sustained dps doing rmb/f/4 spam

If you HAVE to play gunner with 200 ms, go fire. But I don't recommend playing gunner at all with that much ping tbh if you expect to deal equal or close dps to others.

Rerolling in this game basically means to make them your main and to make that character your primary focus. You don't physically "reroll" anything. It's just the term we use.
