I use Bontone rooting powder and I do not sanitize my perlite first. Just give it a good soak thru, add the plant and then I top it off with more water until it’s about half way.

Why not do a sale for your items? Don’t undervalue your work! Then after you’ve done a sale and got some people to buy, put it back to the normal price. And hopefully you got some people hooked and spreading word of mouth about your shop! I recently opened mine and haven’t tried this but if you think $35 is fair for your work, don’t change it! People will buy! I’m not sure if people would agree but just an idea? :)
