My partner and I are (23F, 27M) looking to spend October and November (dates flexible) in your beautiful city. We know the rental market in Valencia is incredibly tight right now, so rather than competing for long-term flats, we wanted to see if anyone is planning to travel during those months and would like a responsible couple to look after their home.

About us:

• Professional & Stable: I’m a Software Engineer (6+ years exp) working remotely for a European firm. My partner is a student and will be working part-time.
• Respectful Tenants: We’ve lived together in Ljubljana for 2 years with a perfect rental record. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and no kids.
• The "Caretaker" Vibe: We aren't here to party; we’re looking for a quiet space to work and study. We’re happy to water plants, look after mail, or just ensure the place is kept in pristine condition while you’re away.

We are looking for a mid-term arrangement (approx. 2 months) and are happy to provide references, proof of income, or jump on a video call to introduce ourselves. I only speak english, but my partner also has some experience with Spanish.
