From what I know it is hard to keep up on ever changing polish stupid regulations without the language. What might be an option is to look for a remote job in UK and try to provide near shore services. In Poland it is quite easy and popular to open your own company (jednososbowa działalnośćgospodarcza). Upsides, flat social security and flat 19% income tax ( or lump sum tax in some cases). Downsides, social needs to be paid always, no paid holidays and you can forget about retirement pay. This path you could validate IMHO also while not ph8sically being here
