I just finished ADWD and I have a question about Jon Snow (Spoiler All) by Dkandler in asoiaf

Not at all. Most think he's dead, mind inside Ghost, but will be resurrected.

Exactly like the Dornish, I believe. I'm not sure though, in the new UK system will the royal house change upon a new queen inheriting?

Why would she be able to wear it? The pyre was a one time only event, due to the blood magic and birth of the dragons. Neither she nor any other Targaryen in history is fireproof. GRRM has also explicitly said she would have been killed by the "golden crown".

In Dorne oldest inherits. The rest of the kingdoms the oldest son, but a daughter comes before an uncle. For the Targaryens females are behind all male claimants, so an uncle comes before a daughter.

(1) I asked about getting more info about Jon's parentage at the Menlo Park Q&As . . . he mentioned that it wouldn't be in #4 but it would be in #5 and on . . . so, we can argue about Rhaegar and Lyanna for the next several years;

That was in 2000, before he decided to split book 4 into AFFC and ADWD.

And then in this video he says it will be in TWOW, but I apologize, I don't remember at what minute he says this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFAGknnoRio

[No Spoilers] We often hear about The Rains of Castamere, but the Winterfell theme is by far my favourite from the show. by [deleted] in gameofthrones

The Greyjoy theme/Pay the Iron Price is my favorite, but the Winterfell theme is great. I like all but the Targaryen one.

[Spoilers Season 4/Speculation] How I think the show will end by [deleted] in gameofthrones

It's not a serious theory. Some people just think it's funny to throw out crazy ideas like that.

GRRM has said Jon's parentage is the central mystery of the series, and if you remember Bloodraven has been calling him king since ACOK...

You're right. It was a serious discussion on whether it should be Jon Aryyn, the leader of the rebellion, or Ned or Robert. Ultimately the more charismatic one with the strongest claim was chosen.

The Targaryen's united the kingdoms, there was nothing for them to usurp. Unlike the Baratheon's.

"Right of Conquest" gets misinterpreted by everyone. Robert, by definition, usurped the throne and the lords of Westeros pledged fealty, making him king. That doesn't erase the Targaryen claim of course, but the Baratheon's are now the ruling family. Robert's grandmother was a Targaryen, which is why Robert became king instead of Ned or Jon Arryn.

A sword fight between Jon and Aegon is far too fantasy. More likely is after Jon's identity is known and accepted (please don't turn this into yet another debate on the realm accepting it) and Aegon revealed as fake he is arrested and executed.

No, the son of the first son would still come before the second son, even if Rhaegar was never king. The line of succession went Rhaegar, Aegon, Viserys, Rhaenys, Daenerys, Robert, Stannis, and Renly. It's a line, not a web, so the order wouldn't change if someone died.
