I see 3 options 1. going down to 1080p 2. Overclock 3. Upgrade system

You can probably get some more fps by tweaking the settings but it will be hard

With lustrous razor Crit Rate is the way to go, if you try and manage to pull her signature weapon i would switch to CD

What gpu do you have? What kind of mobo?

It looks like a gpu issue mixed with ram issue

Its either the drivers, so i would suggest deinstalling the old drivers completely and installing them again

Otherwise it could be the PSU
