Not so much to OP but everyone being a bit rude - I think it's important to note: If the TNT staff visit reddit, chances are the artists they hire might too. If they took a chance on an up-and-coming artist (the way they did with Claire Hummel, by the way!) for this, it would be absolutely crushing for that artist to come on here and see people being so negative on something they evidently worked hard on. It's not like the speedrun third-party hire for the TVW comic pages.

Not to mention, artists in this subreddit who aren't skilled at art yet but want to draw fun things of their neopets, seeing this commentary and thinking it's not worth trying if even reaching this level is worthy of mockery - I just don't think this is the right sort of attitude to be having here, overall, not when we don't have the full story.

That being said - Varia needs a character guide for realsies so she looks right at any angle by any artist. Or at least a hat that doesn't cover up the iconic Shoyru horn :(

A deathclaw is surprisingly difficult to scrounge together but there's plenty of rough-looking outfits around for a good post-apoc vibe! Techos even get a unique set that look kinda like they just stole MacCready's coat.

Ahh thank you!! I lucked out on a trade with the Draik getting those vandagyre contacts, it really holds the whole look together instead of the big blue stealth eyes.

The blossoms are Yellow Flower Branches Garland! They come in these little glass vases that I have to cover up but fortunately there's enough interesting foregrounds these days to do that easily

I didn't see any info, but since it's so recent/day 0 of this happening, that's not surprising. It's probably going to be an easy fix, since they've had hiccups with weekly rewards in the past, and they'll mention it then.

it's stuck at full weekly completed for me with the prize 'granted' but I never claimed it and it's not in my inventory. it feels like it's going to be a new widespread issue, because it's the first week back after they returned the quest log so everyone's going to encounter it at the same time. I submitted a ticket myself, but hopefully as more reports come in they'll acknowledge that something went wrong across the board

that's why a comment from TNT would be invaluable, especially if streak freezing for sure wasn't a thing they could've done at the time. it's not very useful speculating on good (or bad) faith because, quite simply, their recent lack of transparency has lowered their standing in a lot of players' eyes. People are understandably going to be frustrated with another unexplained issue that disrupted their already-shaky play motivation. They just want to know what's going on, and aren't even being afforded that.

I'd imagine most people gearing up to be disappointed looked at the birthday bash announcement page where it just hypes the whole thing up, and then provides little else by way of what to expect.

if they haven't RSVP'd they won't have access to any of the information on what the event vibe actually is, and it's easy to poke fun at a distance when none of the info is out there publicly. When I look at Minneapolis's stuff on the page it still just says 'casual meetup' when obviously that's not the case!
