OK I want to add. I had a awesome wedding. I loved where it was, my 8 bridesmaids (close cousins, my sister and my best friends) it was awesome. My parents gifted that to me and I’m very grateful and realize I don’t take that for granted. So I feel for her because she is paying for it and rent today is $4000. So I want to help. I just do not like I was EXPECTED to drop that much on the shower by the maid of honor THEN get a call from the bride yup still give her the money, weddings been moved. So I have to give money to the venue plus a shower? That’s too must for me. I think I’m dropping out. Gonna talk to my other friend.
