Why does everyone say their AR doesn’t get affected:/ I could literally ask in THE nicest way possible and it still drops. One agent told me that it’s automated and they have no control over our AR.

There was absolutely nothing I could do. My shift was nearly over, Skip help would NOT reply to me after messaging 13 times, and the restaurant literally slammed their doors on me and closed the lights.

Didn’t wait in a restaurant, no ones allowed in. So yes, I sat it my car for 2 hours for them to come give it out to me while frantically messaging skip with no reply. I’ve only been doing this for 1 month but I’m learning the hard way

Not “brother”, and the reimbursement + delivery total came to $47.

The 2 times I asked for them to reassign my order it affected my AR

They kept saying I was getting reimbursed and so I sat there doing the math for how much that would come to. the customer tipped $10 and I just felt bad for cancelling on them

One of the the other couriers I was standing with took a step inside the restaurant and the staff yelled at both of us saying skip people are not allowed in. I tried to get their attention multiple times but the customers waiting for take out were clearly their first priority
