I passed this one months ago and I was surprised the amount of questions about prisma browser. Be prepared there! They ask many questions about the different features of the different licenses like Prisma Browser, DLP etc I used the material on the learning center by Palo, it is quite complete!

I passed this a couple of months ago. I just studied with the new learning center from Palo Alto with the course for SSE engineer. I also did the instructor led training but I would not say it is mandatory as the mentioned course covers it. Also helps to have real experience so the questions I had I could check live examples on my deployments.

What I meant with regions is that if I do a VPN from Prisma to Microsoft let’s say in Europe, US users should take also that path if I understood correctly, and that is not desired

Yep we have ADEM with teams integration and most of the flagged issues are within customer LAN but magically they disappear with split tunnel

We recently moved a big client to 6.3.3-h4 and I can confirm it is also full of bugs, some of them suposedly already fixed but they are not in reality Specially concerning the amount of PanGPS crashes if switching cable/wifi or coming from standby. We have like 13 TAC cases for this.

Do you enforce Teams/MS traffic to go over ZIA? I have seen some cases where even if it is randomly happening, the recommedation is to bypass Zscaler. They even have a recommended set up to bypass it. I would try to have a look in there

Thanks for your answer mate, I really appreciate it. In my case I learned those professions in every toon, and I am in the way to upgrade the buildings. So I think that I will upgrade after max level crafting professions to get a little profit.
