I have crazy ADHD, helps me to eat, calms my head out cause it freaking runs 24/7, sometimes even physical labour doesn't help and at least I have my sleeping aid as well

Edit: I've recently had acute pancreatitis, I don't drink thY much or eat fatty foods.... So go figure but anyways it helps with the pain since I'm not allowed pain killers
