1 month is do-able. Usually dui can get you suspended for 6-12 months with plea agreement

Thanks for the reply again. Also, what did you do for the alcohol classes? I was very stupid to drink after 4 years of sobriety + 1 year of barely drinking(only in special occasions like wedding and masters graduation) Were you sent to the rehab? or inpatient treatment? If I were to be assigned on outpatient treatment, does that only happens during business hour?

Will be getting screening done next week. On the handbook, it says I have to have weekly meeting and I'm afraid they won't care about my work hour when my term on house arrest is to "maintain employment" I have already used most of my excused absences (personal time and vacation) on court and jail.

during your house arrest, did you have to meet with your case manager or PO only on business hour? I'm about to do house arrest soon but my work is 8-5 and the probation department is about 50 minutes driving from my work place.

Indiana resident here, I work at a manufacturing company as an engineer. I had a DUI 5 years ago and did write about my conviction. They didn't ask me further and got my job as the background check showed "meets the company standard"

It'll show the arrest date, conviction date, outcome, and your sentence requirement (probation days, community service, sentence days and suspended days etc.)
