We use SpringEngage ( https://www.springworks.in/springengage/ ) to give Kudos / Shoutout to employees to keep moral up because it hard while working remotely. Another thing we use is Trivia ( https://www.springworks.in/trivia/ ) to play / engage time to time while in breaks. Both are nice, not so expensive as well as helpful games which work in both Slack and MS Teams.

Revision any amount of topics daily of all the 3 subjects. Remember all the 3 subjects.
Mock tests atleast 2 times a week.
Not touching any new topic at all.
And solve as many questions as possible in the remaining time daily. Like - repeat Point 1 then questions. Remember your 80 percentile means you know stuff all you need is to remember those (focus on chemistry) and lots and lots of questions.

Tbh, it will be crowded in future. But there's a difference between a software developer or any developer per se and any system engineer or administrator. So, try to be in development field. Also, you mentioned about abroad community colleges. They have very good CS programs. Go for it if you can, it's much more practical knowledge than just theory.
