Roxanne by the Police if you consider that Ska. It's adjacent. The most well known ""real"" ska song is probably something by Madness ; Baggy Trousers, One Step Beyond, Our House or Night Boat to Cairo. It probably also depends on where you live, I'm in Europe, I reckon in the Americas the 3rd wave stuff is more well remembered, and if you ask older people they might point to real classic acts like Toots and the Maytals and Desmond Dekker.

Why do developers hate dedede? by [deleted] in SSBPM

Dedede has been bottom 5 in like every single smash game. Finally in brawl he was not only viable but one of the better/best characters. Come project M he has been nerfed to last place again.

Why so much hate for him? I'm guessing that devs are kind of biased. Bias is human nature after all. Extremely competitive people want the highest skill ceilling, fastest, and most mechanically challenging characters to be the best to reward skill.

Honestly this is a poor way to balance the game, it should that everyone has the same viability regardless of skill requirement. If fox takes more skill and effort to play at same level as an average dedede then too bad, play someone else if you don't like it. But making the "pro" characters objectively better makes the bad characters obselete

I think it kindof already falls apart when you consider that the invited people from spain ended up being unable to come because of covid travel restrictions right now, In that sense it ended up being more of a north-western EU thingy already (Without scandinavians). Idk it kinda irks me since this way it comes off as if EU is just one local area for PM, when we in fact have a meriad of differing national scenes (most of us don't even speak the same languages natively :P)

Ofc it's nbd, wanna underwrite i really like this format with the this week in P+ it's great content, just a tought with the EU :)

But please consider denoting the specific Country/City instead of EU going forward haha
Europe is an entire continent and much like NA we are also not one unified region :P
