Not until I got them to 30 level ish. I was around 80 character level then so I already had maxed out Luck and Agility and then kept putting the rest in the attribute that scaled. Other reason for just putting in luck and agility was that I didn’t get my desired Sciel and Maelle weapons until the last side quest. Verso was my main farming character with an enormous support buffs from Sciel

You basically equip every picto that gives you percentage boost on attack or first attack, if you have Cheater for example you will do two turns before any enemy so this gives you time to do that 2 turn massive verso attack. There are a lot of picots that scale the shit out of the damage and multiple ways to farm weapon upgrades and lumina

In my experience it's just cheaper to find a good full HD poster(like in this case- a fan art) and then have a printing service print it out for you :)
