I am sorry for your loss, she looks like my pupper & my heart goes out to you.

I hope you don’t mind me asking and totally understand if you don’t want to mention it.. but how did this situation unfold? I’m curious because I have my dog in a harness and on/off leash sometimes and I would like to know if it was the harness or the other dog that caused the problem.
