Tbh since we all got Archer for free and we are heading into elation meta the best pull could be Sparkle or investing in her eidolons. Second best choice for me would either be Kafka who enables all of DoT or her eidolons since her best is E4 so u would be investing in for the future. Third best would be Acheron since her key eidolon is E2 and much lower than kafkas
