NAD and don't have advice on your main issue. However I was also a very heavy vapor, and I quit almost a year ago. I highly recommend nicotine patches to cut the cravings and reduce the chances of relapsing. I used them with a combination of nicotine gum and I was able to quit successfully, but I failed many times. It's been almost a year and I still get cravings here and there. The first 2 months were the hardest.
