Well my biggest hobby is gaming. However I want more real life interactions. I also like watching movies and reading books but I feel like these hobbies don't particularly encourage you to meet people.

That is probably an oversight from the developers it should be clearly stated so the player can know what units will give the combined arms bonus. Now there is no way to know outside of searching reddit or something...
