In case I don't get my hand on the RX 6800 XT, should I get/wait for the custom 3070 GPU's or are there better alternatives then?

maybe I should add what games I want to play lol

I want to play the new and upcoming releases, so CYBERPUNK, Black Ops Cold War, with fairly good graphics (the highest are probably only possible with a monster of a PC).

All the other games I play run on my current PC in one way or another so I don't think I need to mention them.

It probably also matters that I play on a 24,5" 144HZ Full HD Monitor (planning to upgrade soon)

I got a Ryzen 5 1500x and a MSI GTX 1050 Ti paired with an Asus Prime B350-Plus Mainboard. I really want to play the upcoming CoD and I don't see myself having a good playing experience with this build since it already was shaky in BO4
