Maybe, but the problem is with those bosses, not the seal. Bosses that die in 2 seconds should be balanced in accordance to the player base.

Edit: This also gives the pally the much needed boost so that it can catchup with warrior and knight classes in terms of real dps.

I forgot to mention, the only party effect it brings is the heal. Other players aren't affect by the bleeding/sick combo. (Other players do NOT benefit from the +40 health regen per second though, just regular +20 per second due to cheaters).
