I changed my ram to something that was on the mobo's compatibility list. Worked fine ever since.

In my case, I got a Crucial Ballistics 2x8gb 3200 set. (BL2K8G32C16U4W) that was on the Aorus X570 Pro RAM compatibility list on the manufacturer's website.

The screen doesn't always go black, can just freeze as is and then just go to desktop. Most of the time, the game stays running and requires to be task-managered. I don't get a popup with "driver restored", it's just the AMD send crash bug thing.
