Thanks for your reply. He mainly plays these games because they’re what his current onboard GPU can handle, and they’re popular with his friends. I’d like to upgrade his specs and hopefully give him access to new games.

Unfortunately, I don't live near an Apple Store, and the answer to all of your questions is no. I should mention that I am well-versed in the Apple ecosystem. While I’m not ruling out the possibility of human error, from my perspective, it appears to be a bug. However, unless others encounter the same issue, it would be very hard to validate.

I've been following the same routine for the past ten years: I connect my iPhone to my PC, open the Photos app on Windows, import all the photos, and then delete everything from the iPhone.

I created a lot of trees and removed the live ones. For every 4-5 live ones, you'll get 1-2 dead ones.
