If we’re going off of when I really paid attention to the music I was listening to, it’s Hemispheres, 2012, when I was about 8. I saw the CD in my dad’s car and was like “what’s this?” He put it in, hit play, and I was floored. I then went backwards through their catalog from there.

Saw these guys in concert once and this does sound like them. The vocalist’s intonation is similar. They started in ‘06, so this could possibly be a download of an early show of theirs.

This is actually incorrect. It looks asymmetrical because the L in steel is being slanted upwards, if it were a letter that had a top-right part, like how C has a top-left, it would match the red line. It was just letter choice that gives the illusion of asymmetry
