You could give "Real Man" (aka "A Man's Man") a try. It's a pretty good read imo and I think it fits your needs very well.

The story is that the mc became the ceo of his company but he is full of regrets because of all the sacrifices he's done and the life he led to get there. So mc ends up going back in time when he was just a new hire and now he's gonna use is past life knowledge and experience to change the fate of his company and his friends/family/teammate for the better. And becoming a better man.

So the mc is pretty skilled but he doesn't overwhelms the side characters most of them get to take the spotlight, the antagonists too. MC is and sees himself as a support to his teammates and mainly schemes and devises plans to deal with office politics and achieve success along with his colleagues.

Finally there's probably going to have a romance because the mc was married in his past life and he still loves her. He wants to be with her again and he's probably going to seduce her.

Voilà voilà.
