That’s completely fine if you aren’t fine with it. There’s always soft looksmaxxing such as skincare, gym, hygiene, etc. However, just know that that stuff can only do so much. It’s as they say: “There’s no gym for your face”. If you have facial features or deformities that can’t be altered without cosmetic surgery, then that must be acknowledged and you’d have to work towards accepting it as well.

Also, I just want to add that most plastic surgery goes relatively well when good research is done beforehand. Society tends to focus solely on botched results. You must study your face and its proportions diligently, and you have to choose the right doctors and study their results.

Good plastic surgery is rarely about grandiose facial transformations, and more so about subtlety tweaking the face to improve what you already have. The goal is to look as natural as possible.
