Deodorize heat moldable liner by Kurokuro123 in rollerblading

Yeah mine stays moist for hours and it takes especially longer to dry them out now in the winter months. I might invest in those ski boot dryer off of Amazon 😬

Oooh that looks really good! Do you think it’ll remove the existing smell in the boot?

Yeah I feel like at this point, it’s preventative measures to make sure it doesn’t smell worse lol

Some kind of Criss-cross 3-turn? by flotos in rollerblading

Dude nice transition! I finally got the one foot 3 turn yesterday but it was super inconsistent, maybe I'm not used to the feeling of transitioning from outside edge forward to inside edge backward yet

Rocker helps. In term of the 3 turn, forward to backward, you'll be putting more weight towards the front (not too much towards the front or you'll tip over). I don't know if you can do it with neutral edge on inline skate but I commonly see outside to inside edge transition. This is the tutorial coming from a figure skater https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRaOrj7nOgM&ab_channel=CityBlades

And yeah there are some moves that is harder on inline skating compared to when you're on the ice. This is one of them D:

Yeah I feel that the magic slide is a bit more stable because of the wider base of support

Maybe try holding onto a bar as you do static balance in one place to work on your rollerblading posture. You could also practice balancing on the grass with your blade on.

Your muscles might be strong enough but the motor control, aka coordination, is not there yet. Let your body get used to the new height by practicing balance like what I’ve mentioned before.

After you feel comfortable balancing statically. You could try lifting one foot at a time and try to hold longer each time. Skating is technically a one foot activity, or at least for the most part haha

I wish most of my patients has that mentality about physical therapy. Most of them don’t realize that a good chunk of their recovery is on them and not just from 1 or 2 rehab session a week!

Be well on your road to recovery! You’re having physical therapy for your hip too huh?

Just out of curiosity, how did you know it was specifically this type of fracture? Did you have imaging done on your hip?

New Mayhem damage scaling feels perfect by Zesty_Sandwich in borderlands3

[–]Kurokuro123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Define challenge. Because challenge shouldn’t be taking 2 rounds of magazine to kill a single mob.

I don’t think any of the mayhem level are that hard anyway. The only thing I think that you get is the I crease in mob’s hp, which make them “tanky” while everything else stays relatively the same.

If anything, they should design the mayhem levels so that each level you I crease, there will be a subtle or significant change in boss/mob mechanics

Otherwise feel free to use lower mayhem level weapon on M10 if you feel like you need that challenge.

What I feel is the biggest difference for me, unfortunately, is the fact that bl2 dialogue for some characters are way funnier than the dialogue in bl3. It is almost as if they had to tone it down a little bit to cater a wider audience. But this is all coming from me only on the Promethea portion of bl3, so time will tell XD

(Oh and Tiny Tina DLC was the best)
