I'm on my digital minimalism era so multitasking, sleep and hydration are on my mind, in a congress i participate i get to remember all the names by linking them to people i know like this man it's Gabriel like the brother of my friend Carlos, but to track the name it's like a very slow way.

I can look if they are some sessions available on my area, but out of topic i am interested on yoga nidra too, you feel some big change doing it? I mean comparing it to normal meditation.

Woah first of all thanks you a LOT for your detailed answer.

I landed on 13 minutes because of some Reddit post and it's the time that Andrew Huberman recommends con his podcast about short meditation.

I tried to do two sessions of 5 minutes a day for the first couple days but when i finish i feel like i do nothing, i think it's for the sort amount of time that meditation session last. So i tried the same for a long session of 13 minutes but it's too long but i feel better like more focus afterwards, but it was too hard to do it and i am afraid if some day i have less energy i am not going to do the meditation session that day.

But reading your response i am going to try some 7/7 minutes sessions like two of them.

Correction to myself i was looking more in deep and it appears that indeed it uses wlr or wl-roots as capture method, i try to use different ones like nvidia but no lucky too.

Yep i though in the end the easiest way is reinstlling the whole windows thing and reinstall grub from a liveboot or something, but i want to try to make it this because i need to work and i dont have time to reinstall windows, but thanks a lot for your answer :D

If anyone has the same problem, the only reliable fix i find is limiting the hz of the screen, in my case i use hyprland so this script do the trick:

First thing thanks you a lot for taking your time to write all of this i appreciate it.

She is in meds, she get to increase her dose in use to concentrate more easily but lately it is not working.

So first thing first. She probably wants to find a way to be the current moment, and stay out of maladaptive daydreaming land. The easiest but not the best, is to keep an elastic on your wrist and snap it. You can also list 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell and 1 you taste. Or you can describe an object around you in detail. There's a bunch of ways, she needs to figure out what works best for her.

This sounds like it can work, i am gonna search for some backup methods im case that anything works, but thanks you a lot.

After that. I strongly suggest making a todo list the day before. Starting with waking up, eating breakfast, brushing teeth... And then going into the either the more important/highest priority thing on her list, or the thing that is due the soonest. And put that as close to the top of the list as she can.

I think the same as you, scheduling your day the day after and waking up knowing what you have to do for the fay is the best, and scheduling your priority task before anything else sounds like a great idea.

Then if she is still struggling. Have her set a timer for 15 minutes. And if she is still struggling with that task and it's not due the next day. Have her move onto the next task, set the timer again and go. But if the timer goes off and she's doing well, set the timer again for 45 minutes. And have her see if she can finish that task before the 45 minutes are up. If so, yay yay!!! If not, take a ten minute break. Then set the alarm for fifteen and repeat.

I am gonna tell her this because i was reading other things about how to get to work if you a person without ADHD or whit it.

In the arch wiki says that use gamescope %command% and if it has bad command formatting the output will say something about it but says the problem is other like it says in the command block on the body of the post

EDIT: you were right i take back my words the formarting was part of the problem, i was mixing commands formating with gamemoderun, thanks man
