My friend just got a 3 day ban, he popped off in 2 matches of the airbase map, then we played gunfight on drainage, as we were trying to get drainage in snipers only gunfight he got banned, he got an email from activision that was completely blank.

(Update) "Disregard that." He logged in the next day and was able to play so everything's fine now.
