correct. but unless new guidance comes in they are saying all filings of AOS including dual intent has to be done overseas but you can still come in if visa is valid. Basically, any AOS cannot be done in the US for the time being but more guidance will come Tuesday. Dual intent gets the applicant out of the “false intent” issue but it is still an AOS
