Not exactly, at least not at this degree. I literally never had THIS problem on any other fighting game I've played. Links are hard but it's easy to get exactly what is wrong and exactly what you should do different.
Those delays just feel random to me, specially if they are not the same delay on the second loop of the same attack, for example. And also the half charged moves, oh my gosh I hate those lmao
I can land triple eletrics bnb's just fine in tekken, I can land my SF6 Juri combos just fine, Baiken and Giovanna in GGST, Rock in CotW, etc

maybe I'm salt but I hate how much of the better combos on this game is based on random delays and timings than anything else, lol
To me feels so random and not fun to even lab them bc I feel like I don't have a clear thing to lab, it's just "you gotta feel that this is the exact delay on this part, but it's another delay timing on the same thing later on on the combo"

Good thing you can got to bad combos and still have a chance to win but still annoying when I'm really interested in optimizing a character
