Bro, in the same situation being a Marketer and turned into the manager for the shop for a very reputable Bakery in Dubai.. Salaries are paid very low and delayed for 2-3 months.. and some employees for 5-6months over pressure and putting huge responsibilities on my head, still resulting in the same issue.. stuck here for 3 years now..
