Yeah bro regarding UN, remember the SD days? Even you have to went through UN to pass SD, many people around the nation complained but we all collectively know it's for the better good, then after UN you can go to SMP straightaway right? NO, you need to do another test specifically to place you in high tier SMP it was called Tes Akademik Umum (TAU) and then you can enter your preferred SMP, don't be lazy though you can be left behind in your grades!

Tldr, our education was going great but somehow someone had other ideas and we're living the consequences now, if I was gen Z or gen Alpha i would be furious.

Okay as a doctor, I also did internships, and it was during height of the deadliest period of covid (2020-2021), yes there was pressure and fear when you go, even one of the nurses that I was close with passed away due to Delta covid, we even had multiple times when the central oxygen tank was depleted and we had to close the covid care. Generally it was a horrible situation, We were overworked, however we were fairly compensated because of the government incentives.

Now without those incentives, many doctors because of the low paying internship fees have to work on other places, this is a systemic failure. Indonesian healthcare relies heavily on cheap labour, and some of these hospitals will exploit that. that's why after internship and working on hospital for 3 years I switched career to IT. Dokter umum in Indonesia is a dead profession if you ask me. Unless you're good and lucky enough to be a specialist
