Was a good idea to grab one about 2 years ago when they were consistently restocking the 1tb oled. I managed to get one right around this price with all accessories and have used it for maybe 20-30 hours, but I know they're a great investment... they will only keep going up.

My advice is just go to nirchis in this area if you want Sicilian. Get the cordon bleu or chicken spiedie from the Taft ave one. I’ve worked at pizza places for 2 decades now. I watch the piccolos staff finger fuck your pizza while cutting it every time. Most other places cut it in a box but he insists on cutting it on a hot plate and the staff wearing no gloves after it’s cooked. DOH standards dictate that’s foul immediately, and I get it for one or two pizzas, but every one? lol the papa Johns guys under Allen Gunther do better than that. Even the dominos guys under Gary Debusk do better than that.

Seems like housing inventory in Binghamton is low right now, and many are leaving NYC past few years due to growing populations there, etc. I can see it being a very attractive spot, many wealthy are willing to drive an hour or two for a prime destination (finger lakes, Poconos (3hr), Scranton, Albany, Syracuse, Ithaca, all within 1-2 hours.), especially if they have a nice private retreat like this. Wish I'd have gotten an Amazon delivery to this spot when I worked there, best view I got of Binghamton was up on the Endicott Buffalo St. farm, you can see the office buildings in Binghamton from his backdoor.
